As the founder and CEO of Iron City IT Advisors, William Laukaitis brings over two decades of pioneering experience in information technology, specializing in systems design, development, security, and implementation. A Pittsburgh native, William’s leadership journey reflects a robust blend of strategic vision and practical execution, underpinned by his roles as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at major healthcare providers.

William holds a Master’s degree in Leadership in Information Technology from Duquesne University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. His technical proficiency is backed by top-tier certifications, including Security+, VMWare Data Center Virtualization, and CheckPoint Pen Testing Associate.

Before establishing Iron City IT Advisors, William led significant IT initiatives in diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, and veterinary services, across both non-profit and for-profit realms. His strategic and business planning skills have been instrumental in aligning IT infrastructures with organizational goals, thereby modernizing operations and spearheading cost-effective solutions.

Nicole Marcin- Chief People Person & Executive Liaison

Nicole Marcin is an accomplished military veteran, having honorably served in both the Air Force and the Army. Leveraging her extensive background in disciplined, mission-oriented environments, Nicole excels in her role as Chief People Person & Executive Liaison. She holds a BA from La Roche College, further enriching her robust skill set in organizational management and interpersonal relations. Nicole's dedication to excellence and her commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture make her an invaluable asset to any team.

Ethan Caldwell – Senior Network Engineer
